Ora Lee’s Heart promotes education equality and empowerment by building bonds among the
community and students, bridging gaps in education and resources for marginalized student populations, and collaborating with other organizations for the greater good of the community we serve. Through celebrations and programming, we facilitate trusting relationships and create healthy partnerships in the Greater Fargo-Moorhead Area.
About Our Program
The In-school/after-school program is a mentorship, tutoring, and empowerment program for students in middle and high school. We want to educate, inspire, and empower students to gain skills and knowledge to help them with schoolwork, goals, and dreams, and increase their sense of belonging.
Major activities for the students will include curriculum-based learning, field trips, camps, and retreats among others. We have developed a training curriculum to help us realize the goal of empowering students to overcome various life challenges.
